Mission #54 – Objective: 9 Life Lessons from Black Panther!
On this Mission:
As I tend to do from time to time, I’m going to take a slight break from the usual missions we tend to undertake on the Victory Unlimited Show. Because today we’re going to talk about some important life lessons that I picked up from watching Marvel’s Black Panther Movie that just recently came out.
The record-breaking amount of money that the new movie about this character is racking up at the box office has a LOT of people talking. For the one or two of you out there who still don’t know, the Black Panther is a is a fictional, comic book character who is the 1st black superhero created by Marvel Comics back in the day. The Black Panther’s real name is T’Challa, and he’s the newly crowned king and protector of the fictional African nation called Wakanda.
Along with possessing enhanced physical abilities achieved through ancient Wakandan rituals, T’Challa also relies on his knowledge of science, intense physical training, hand-to-hand fighting skills and access to wealth and advanced technology to beat the hell out of his enemies.
In the movies, the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he was first introduced in Captain America: Civil War—and he was so popular that they’ve spun him off into his own movie. And to me, after having seen it—I think it’s up there as one of the better Marvel movies. It plays like a mixture of Chaka Zulu meets Batman on a James Bond type mission with elements of Shakespeare and Game of Thrones running in the background all throughout the movie.
In other words, it’s something all action/adventure fans should see—whether you’re a comic book head or not. But what I want to point out today is what you can learn about life just by watching this movie. So today, my mission is to brief you on 9 Life Lessons that you can learn from the Black Panther Movie!
Enjoy!
